The soprano Ainhoa ​​Arteta will perform this Friday, May 26, in the auditorium of El Batel, accompanied by the pianist Rubén Fernández, to present La Voz y el Poeta, in which she performs songs with music by Spanish composers and texts by Federico García Lorca.
The concert, promoted by producer Enrique Cornejo, with the collaboration of the City of Cartagena, will take place at 9:30 pm and it will be intercalated music with poetry through recordings of poems recited by Paco Rabal and Rafael Alberti.
This is the first time that the soprano, one of the most recognized in the international scene, acts in Cartagena.
The artist is at the most splendid moment of her voice, which has made the magazine 'Ópera Actual', the most prestigious opera world in Spanish, awarded her this year's award for her career, consecrating her as a leading figure Of the Spanish lyric.
It will be a recital that will allow the public to get closer to the opera world, since the repertoire will be entirely in Spanish.
