The Bureau of Justice has met Tuesday in the Palace Hall to discuss two issues, mainly, on the one hand, the imminent implementation of the mortgage courts of the province, and on the other, the state in which the City of Justice, a meeting that was attended by the mayor of Cartagena, José López, along with representatives of the five municipal groups, deans of Attorneys and Attorneys of Cartagena, municipal technicians and union representatives.
Faced with the imminent implementation of provincial mortgage courts on June 1, the mayor has convened this Bureau of Justice to agree a joint motion of all municipal groups to reject this plan that particularly harms the most needy.
It should be remembered that this measure would oblige all those harmed by unfair terms in the Region to litigate in the city of Murcia, complicating and increasing their access to justice, and benefiting banks.
The meeting also reported on the urban situation of CC1, a sector in which it is planned to locate the City of Justice of Cartagena and has proposed a plenary pronouncement of all groups offering the future municipal law on those lands for the Construction of the future infrastructure.
On this issue, all legal groups and operators have reached consensus and in the next municipal plenary, the first of the proposals will be presented for approval and referral to the central and regional administrations.
As explained by the mayor, the purpose of the meeting was to explain to the groups that demand this infrastructure, what is the situation in which the alleged parcels that the City Council has to offer for its location, and is that at the moment we are trying To make the reversion of the lands that were ceded to ADIF in the zone of Mandarache so that they return to be owned municipal.
The problem is that, even though, since the cancellation of the Urban Plan of the CC1 by the TSJ in 2014, although we know the meters of the plot, there is no definite location, the mayor continued explaining, until there is no Plan, we will not have An exact location, and the thing is complicated by being part of the land expropriated and in the hands of the banks.
Regarding the proposal regarding the municipal offer of the future plot in CC1 will be submitted to the groups for study and later presentation, where appropriate.
To questions of the journalists, José López has dealt with other issues, such as the absence of European funds for investments in Cartagena.
