Before the criminal attack last night in the city of Manchester and following the call made by the Government of the Nation, the City of Cartagena today will keep a minute of silence, in an act to be presided over by the mayor, José López, which will take place 12 o'clock, before the Palace Hall, as a sign of solidarity with the victims.
It is also reported that the official flags of the municipal buildings will wave at half-mast, between ten in the morning on Tuesday, May 23, and 10 in the morning on Thursday 25, following the instructions of national mourning established by the Government Of the Nation.
