The Mucho Más Mayo emerging art festival moves on Tuesday, May 16, to the two invited neighborhoods of this eighth edition of the festival, Barrio Peral and José María Lapuerta, with various artistic, plastic and cultural activities in the open air and in Different closed spaces of the zone for all the publics.
Specifically, there will be five activities that will be developed throughout the day.
The first will be 'The identity of the neighborhood', where The Company of Mario, Los Alcázares, will make a collective mural in the Barrio Peral.
In addition, it will take place in this neighborhood the 'Submarine Route', which will consist of the renombramiento of the streets of the neighborhood with names related to the submarine pear.
On the other hand, in the Association of Neighbors of José María Lapuerta, the Botica, from 16.00 hours, will read stories of different cultures to children, in the activity 'Tales of the world'.
Also in the Botica will take place 'One hundred and fifty wishes for the community', which will consist of the collective transformation of the garden located in the neighborhood, at 17.00 hours.
Finally, at 19.30, there will be a recital of 'Poems between cultures' in the Neighborhood Association of Barrio Peral.
The old town of Cartagena will also share activities scheduled at the Mucho Más Mayo 2017 festival this Tuesday.
Thus, at 19.00 in the conference hall of the Museo Teatro Romano, the second talk of the conference cycle organized by the festival will take place.
This second conference, 'The Invisible House', will feature the participation of journalist Larissa Saud, who will talk about social self-organization, cultural experimentation, citizen management models, among other topics.
On the other hand, 'Habitar la ausencia' is a durable performance that will take place from 7.30 pm where the public will be able to observe how the artist represents the forms, the landscape borders and the borders through the doorway.
Finally, the screening 'Pepe el andaluz', which will begin at 21.00 hours in Plaza San Francisco, will close the activities, all free and open access, scheduled for this day.
Through this film, the spectators will witness a journey against time and forgetfulness.
