Tomorrow, the Neighborhood Council of La Aljorra will hold a new regular plenary session at the OMITA located on Conciliación Street.
During the event, MC's vocalist, José Miguel Méndez Navarro, will present various proposals focused on improving road safety and public spaces, among other objectives.
Firstly, MC will request that the competent administration prepare and draft a road safety project at the junction of the RM roadway.

This need is based on the fact that it is an area of ​​special confluence due to the commercial, labor, cultural and sports activity that is generated there.
The mentioned project must collect the appropriate signs, place of roundabout, island, etc.
All this, to make safer the transit of vehicles and pedestrians who come daily to the area.
Request for canopy and furniture in Plaza Luis Guasch
In the same way, MC will file a motion to request the preparation and drafting of the project of adaptation of stop and installation of marquee in C / Antonio Pascual.
In this way, the aforementioned infrastructure will facilitate the waiting for the neighbors who make use of the public transport, isolating them of the vicissitudes meteorological.
On the other hand, the Cartagena formation will demand that a report or the relevant project for the installation of urban furniture, in reference to biosaludables games and approved ground, be set up for installation in Luis Guasch Square.
It is worth remembering that the aforementioned public space is one of the most used by the residents of La Aljorra, so it is advisable to improve their endowments, as has been done recently with others in their environment.
Prayers for the care of public spaces
In addition to the aforementioned motions, MC will take to the Plenary a battery of prayers that have as fundamental objective the care of public spaces of the deputation of the Aljorra.
Thus, MC will propose that a budget amount be released for the placement of information posters that raise awareness of neighbors in the care of plazas, parks and gardens, from different points of view, for example, avoiding to leave their pets loose.
It will also be necessary for the transfer to the corresponding municipal service of the need to trim the hanging branch in the area of ​​the ramblizo existing next to the festive enclosure.
Lastly, and in order to increase the visibility of the local church, we will ask for the repositioning of traffic information indicators or place them at a lower height.
This would facilitate a greater visualization of the architectural value of the Church of La Aljorra, as well as a better appreciation of directional signs to nearby localities.
