Between escalators and clothing stores, members of the Young Symphony Orchestra of Cartagena (JOSCT) surprised on March 11 to customers walking through the Espacio Mediterráneo Shopping Center with a flashmob organized on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Entre Cuerdas and Metals that coincides with the 10th anniversary of this mall.
The video of this activity was presented this morning at the Consistorial Palace in an act in which the Councilor for Culture and Youth, Ricardo Segado, the manager of Espacio Mediterráneo, José María Pasqual de Riquelme, the president and The director of JOSCT, Álvaro Valdesueiro and Álvaro Pintado, and the representative of the Cartagena Conservatory, Pedro Martínez.

Segado has taken advantage of the event to comment on a list of activities that have been carried out since December last year and to date on the occasion of the 20th edition of Entre Cuerdas y Metales.
It has highlighted the record of participants in this edition, 191 musicians from music schools and conservatories throughout the Region, in addition to the increase in the amount allocated to prizes by 33%, amounting to 15,050 euros.
He also recalled the inclusion this year of the extraordinary prize between Strings and Metals, which is made to the winners of the competition who have developed an exceptional career in music, and this year falls on Gabriel Escudero Braquehais.
