Firefighters from the Fire Extinguishing and Rescue Service (SEIS) of the City of Cartagena intervened at the last minute this morning in an accident involving two military vehicles on Highway A-30, kilometer 174, in the direction of Murcia, in the municipality of Torre Pacheco.
The incident, which alerted service 112 at 1:30 p.m. and in which a truck and a military armored vehicle collided with a vehicle, a Civil Guard patrol quickly called for the presence of firefighters to neutralize the incident. Fuel spill from one of the vehicles and three ambulances with medical personnel from the Murciano Health Service.
The toilets attended five people, men between 31 and 40 years old, who were transferred to the hospital "Santa Lucía" of Cartagena with injuries of diverse consideration.
Cartagena Firefighters came with two vehicles, two drivers and five firefighters, who proceeded to control the spilled gas oil and plug the leakage hole of the fuel.
