The residents of El Llano del Beal had the opportunity last Saturday 29 to know Victoria Cave through a visit organized for them by the city of Cartagena and in which they were accompanied by the deputy mayor, Ana Belén Castejón.
"Many residents of El Llano del Beal did not know Cueva Victoria, when it belongs to their deputation and is destined to become an important tourist attraction for the whole area. We thought it important to give them the opportunity to visit it and have taken advantage of it. Had to do two routes due to the great demand we have had, "said Castejón.
The route, which had as its guide the director of Heritage, Carmen Berrocal, allowed the neighbors to know the wonders of this site.
"It is a unique space that will soon appear in the history books since the findings that have been made inside have allowed to corroborate that the homínidos also acceded to Europe by this zone", indicated the deputy mayor.
