CTSSP attended today the first Days of Health and Environment in the Field of Cartagena organized by Hands that Heal the Earth and which was attended by several groups and neighbors of the areas affected by industrial pollution.
The day was attended by renowned medical and scientific specialists, and addressed such important issues as the effects of air pollution, childhood cancer, sustainability policies and the consequences of living in the vicinity of industrial centers.
We will continue to demand that administrations provide the necessary means to carry out new and extensive medical and scientific studies, to increase controls on companies and to ensure that all information on measurements is available with maximum transparency.
