The Department of Decentralization has established that the Neighborhood Boards opt for the call for subsidies by competitive competition, as set out in the budget execution bases and that comply with the approved Strategic Plan.
For this purpose, a list of common variables for all has been elaborated.

The call for subsidies of the Department of Decentralization and Citizen Participation included criteria to quantify and promote the development of activities in neighborhood associations and maintenance of social premises.
Criteria such as number of partners, beneficiary population, number of project activities, etc.
Already contemplated in the previous exercise.
