The Department of Youth through the Space Mobility of Youth Space joins the celebration of a new edition of the European Youth Week (SEJ 2017) which is celebrated throughout Europe during the first week of May.
Under the slogan "Create your future, play it, live it" will be held debates and various activities in the thirty-three countries participating in Erasmus +.
For this, in Cartagena, different activities have been organized between May 2 and May 9.
Workshops on European Citizenship, briefings on the European Solidarity Corps, competitions to test how much you know about Europe, a fun gymkana around the city where young people from different institutes from Cartagena will discover their rights as European citizens are just a few examples.
Our European volunteers have also prepared something special for their projects in the Botika of the Book or the Language Exchange.
With the collaboration of Europe Direct Region of Murcia, the Eurodesk Network, ESN Cartagena and the volunteers of Implica2, the Youth Department takes to the streets this European Youth Week with the aim of promoting the social and solidarity commitment of young people, Disseminating the Erasmus + program and celebrating its 30th anniversary, and listening to the ideas of young people on how to shape the future of European Union youth policies.
