From April 28 to May 4 will be held numerous activities in different spaces of the port city on the occasion of the International Day of Dance, on April 29.

The program of activities begins this Friday, April 28 with the celebration of a 'flashmob', at 20:30 hours, in the Puerta de Murcia, in front of Captaincy.

This activity has as purpose the multitudinous grouping of a large number of people who gather in a public place to dance in unison, thus surprising the passers-by.

This fun and spontaneous way starts this week of activities to celebrate the International Day of Dance in Cartagena for this year 2017. In the 'flashmob' can participate anyone who wants to and learn the choreography in the following link: https: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJ_GEr0KtzE

Through this program, organized by the Department of Culture of the City of Cartagena under the coordination of Margarita Amante, and the collaboration of virtually all studies and dance schools in the city, it is intended to extend dance as a cultural practice between Citizenship, in a fun way for everyone to enjoy practicing it.

Likewise, from the Department of Culture of the City of Cartagena invites the participation of different activities scheduled around the dance, from April 28 to May 4, so that citizens learn and enjoy this artistic discipline.
