The Local Government Board of the City of Cartagena has held an extraordinary session this afternoon, chaired by the mayor, José López, to approve various matters fundamentally processed, affected by the termination of deadlines.

Thus the Government Board has approved the entrustment of management to the Casco Antiguo Municipal Society of Cartagena, for the execution of the necessary actions for the fulfillment of the obligations of the City of Cartagena within the agreement of collaboration signed with the Ministry of Development and the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia for the implementation of the State Plan for the promotion of housing rental, building rehabilitation and regeneration and urban renewal.

The Board has also approved the adjustment of the calendar of execution of the multi-year expenditure authorization file for the contracting of the cleaning service of primary care centers of the municipality of Cartagena, whose new foreseeable execution will be from October 2017 to September 2019, for an amount Of € 634,249.82.

The Board has also approved the rectification of a modification of the 2017 budget for the Local Public Employment Program of the Regional Employment and Training Service and another adjustment of the implementation schedule of the multi-year expenditure authorization file for the Analysis Project, description And valuation of jobs in the City of Cartagena, which will be from May 2017-April 2018.
