The mayor of Cartagena, José López, received a commission Thursday from representatives of the Carthagonova Musical Union, headed by his vice president, Tomás Moreno, who have come to communicate his participation in the International Band Competition 'City of Valencia' This year, which will take place from 20 to 23 July at the Palau de la Música in the capital of the Turia, and in which they will represent the port city.
