On the captain's balcony, she sang the winner of last year's edition of the National Contest of Saetas de Cartagena, Ana García Caro.
In front of the Basilica de la Caridad was the cantaor Juan Francisco Berrocal, the winner of this year's edition, who honored the Piedad with his bolt and finally the third prize, Manuela Pérez, sang to the Virgin from the balcony of the Real Sociedad Económica.
Before entering the church of Santa Maria, the Piedad stood before the thousands of Carthagenians who crowded the street of the Air and its surroundings to sing an emotional salve, after which the throne returned to the temple that welcomes her.
