The Local Government Board, meeting this morning, under the presidency of the mayor, José López, has agreed to accept the advance cession by an individual of some land of 15,475 square meters in La Aljorra, which the City Council will shortly make available to the Ministry Of Education of CARM for the construction of a new educational center.

These lands are located along the greenway and have access to the road RM-605.

At present, they are classified as non-development land for agricultural use, with the expectation that future planning will classify them as unconstrained land.

The lands will revert to the transferor owner if the construction of the school is not carried out in 5 years or are carried out in other different lands.

HIDROGEA WILL TELL TEN DAYS TO ALLEG

The Government Board has also agreed this afternoon to give the tenure of the Hidrogea concessionaire to plead the decision of the Municipal Government to reject the tariffs proposed by it for the services of water supply, sewerage and connections and meters in 2017 .

After this period, the municipal government shall, according to the concessionaire's allegations, determine the rejection of said tariffs and initiate an administrative procedure so that in the exercise of the tariff power of the administration to give by validity the study of costs elaborated by the technical services Municipalities, which differs from that of Hidrogea by about 6 million euros, and based on it a reduction in the fees paid by users.

EESC OF TORNEL ON OWN PETITION

The Local Government Board has agreed to the removal of the general director of the General and Interior Regime, Cayetano Tornel.

Said cessation was made at the request of the interested party, for personal reasons.

The position will remain vacant and the competencies assumed by the area councilor, Francisco Aznar.

In his agreement the Governing Board thanked Tornel for the services provided during the year and a half in which he has been in charge of this general direction, which, among other things, has brought to a successful conclusion the process of working for the 70 municipal employees who This morning they took possession of their posts.

MODIFICATION OF THE STATUTES OF THE ADLE

The Governing Board has also approved the amendment of the statutes of the Local Development and Employment Agency (ADLE), to give greater participation to municipal groups.

This amendment has already been approved unanimously by the Governing Board of the ADLE and will involve the integration into this body of eight members, in addition to the president, who will correspond proportionally to the different political groups with representation in the Plenary.

Likewise, a representative of the workers who will act with voice and without vote will be integrated.

Also its board of contracting will be presided by the president of the organism and integrated by a member of each of the political groups with representation.

REVERSION OF LANDS IN SANTA LUC�A

The Local Government Board has also agreed to the reversal of the land of 20 thousand square meters that in 2009 ceded to the Autonomous Community for the construction of Nursing School in the place of Los Arcos de Santa Lucía, next to the Hospital.

The reversion to the municipal patrimony takes place after the five-year term in which the regional administration has committed to build such a nursing school.

ADMISSION AND PRICES IN COUNTRY AND CAIS

Lastly, and among other agenda items, the Board of Governors has approved the procedure for admission of children and the prices of services in the centers and points of attention to children of the municipality of Cartagena for the school year 2017 / 2018.

In this way, the renewal and re-application deadlines have been unified, as well as the application models, criteria and scales of the admission process for students for the 2017/2018 course of La Aljorra's children's care centers, Albujón, La Vaguada, La Palma and Nueva Cartagena;
