The Carribean Bowling counts from today with a own Federation at regional level in the Register of Sports Entities.
This is reflected after the publication today in the Official Gazette of the Region (BORM).
In this sense, the councilman of the area of ​​Culture and Heritage of the City of Cartagena and responsible for Sports, Ricardo Segado, has shown his satisfaction for the recognition of an indigenous sport "which has so many decades of history and should be part of the Sports structure of our Region and the Region ".
DEFENSE OF THE MATERIAL AND IMMATERIAL HERITAGE OF CARTAGENA
According to Segado, one of the main objectives set by the municipal government is the defense and enhancement of the tangible and intangible heritage of the Region of Cartagena, as well as its indigenous traditions and all that means enhancing and perpetuating their values and his culture.
JOINT JOBS FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR
The procedure to request the creation of the regional Federation of Carthusian Bowling began more than a year ago.
This process, said the councilman, has been made jointly between the Department of Sports and the regional championship president, Diego Segovia, whom the mayor has congratulated "effusively" for his "untiring work for the promotion and Development of the Carribean Bowling and because it is a people committed to its city, its sport and its values ​​".
OBJECTIVE AND PURPOSE OF THE FEDERATION
The regional Federation of Bowling Cartagena, as it is reflected in the BORM, is a private non-profit entity, with legal personality and own property, with full capacity to act for the fulfillment of its aims and that promotes the practice and contributes To the development of the sports mode of Bowling Cartagena within the scope of the Autonomous Community.
