The Popular University of Cartagena organizes a painting exhibition to benefit the Pablo Ugarte Association, whose objective is to raise funds to promote research on childhood cancer.
This exhibition, which opens tomorrow, March 24, at 8:00 pm, has been promoted by Vichi Solano, student of the painting workshops of the Popular University.
The Polytechnic University of Cartagena has joined this initiative, yielding the Exhibition Hall of the Faculty of Sciences of the Company, where you can enjoy this exhibition until Thursday, April 6.
"On the one hand, we can collaborate with an association like that of Pablo Ugarte, and on the other hand, we prove the great social involvement of our students. The initiatives of our students, "highlighted the Councilor for Culture, David Martinez.
Solano has had the support and collaboration of her colleagues who, like her, have donated all the works they exhibit so that the funds collected are destined to the association Pablo Ugarte.
The Councilor for Culture, David Martinez, will be in charge of inaugurating this exhibition, along with the Vice-rector of students of the Polytechnic University, Sergio Amat;
The president and founder of the Pablo Ugarte Association, Mariano Ugarte;
And the director of the Popular University, José Macián.
