The Minister of Culture and spokeswoman of the regional government, Noelia Arroyo, received today in the Palace of Aguirre Cartagena to the board of the Processionist Association of the Year of Cartagena, who transferred the invitation to be the host of its annual magazine and communicated His appointment as 'Honor Processor'.
