The company 'Digital Local Television Cartagena' never came into operation and was not liquidated by the previous Corporation, once again having to regularize the current local Executive a situation inherited from the previous managers.
As will be recalled on December 22, 2011, the Board of Directors of the municipal company 'Digital Local Television of Cartagena' approved the dissolution, liquidation and extinction of the company.
Said agreement was raised, on January 9, 2012, to Plenary Session of the City of Cartagena, constituted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
However, it was not possible to designate the members who would be part of the liquidation commission.
When the new Corporation was created, it was necessary to appoint the new members of the Board of Directors to carry out the necessary steps to regularize the situation in which the company is located and to propose to the General Shareholders' Meeting its dissolution and liquidation.
