The Aula Empresa, organized by the Agency for Local Development and Employment (ADLE) and the Institute of Innovation of the Region of Murcia (INFO), is renamed in its XV edition Aula Empresa Innova.
The cycle of seminars and practical workshops was presented this morning by the Deputy Mayor and President of the ADLE, Ana Belén Castejón, and INFO Director, Javier Celdrán.
The activities of this edition, all free of charge prior to registration, are aimed at entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs with the aim of getting them "adapted to the economic situation with these theoretical and practical courses, which allow them to familiarize themselves with concepts such as innovation and make them known The tools to put them into practice and to be able to carry them out, "Castejón reported.
The first half of the program has been divided into two blocks.
The first from March 21 to April 25, which includes four courses focused on innovation management skills.
They will discuss innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises, the identification of innovation opportunities, the methodology known as Design Thinking, and the protection, defense and management of innovations produced by companies.
The second block of courses and seminars will run from May 2 to May 23, which will focus on the new technologies 4.0 for SMEs.
Participants will be able to learn about the use and implementation in the company of virtual reality, augmented reality and 360 video, the use of drones in the civil and commercial field, 3D printing and analysis of massive data known as Big Data.
All of these courses "will allow participants to learn how to develop such innovative products and services but will also allow them to know how to manage projects and how to manage equipment in environments of high uncertainty.
Knowing how to manage those roles is very important because the economy and society change when the factors of production combine with the new technologies, and that it is clear that innovation is the key to economic growth, "said Castejón.
The director of the INFO stressed that the change in the name of these courses is due to the intention to "put the emphasis on the need to get on the train and climb to the crest of the wave of technological and digital revolution we are living.
Through innovation, the incorporation of innovative talent in companies and the emergence of new technologies will make our business fabric, and also the industrial one, much more competitive. "
From the INFO, with the collaboration of the ADLE, it is intended to support the entrepreneurship, that companies are created and that the companies that are believed to have a technological profile, which is why they are committed to the development of these courses in the EECIC Cartagena , "Reference incubator in the field of technological entrepreneurship," said Celdrán.
He also mentioned the importance of involving companies by attending this type of seminars of managers and entrepreneurs.
"Since 2009 in Aula Empresa, 106 seminars have been given that have passed 3363 people of which 1564 were entrepreneurs who in many cases have launched innovative or technology-based projects", informed the director of the Institute of Innovation .
