The Association of Housewives, Consumers and Users of Cartagena, with the collaboration of the City Council, will celebrate this Wednesday, March 15 Consumer Day with an information campaign to be developed throughout the day in Plaza Juan XXIII.
There, from the fixed stand of the Open Shopping Center, a group of volunteers and technicians of the association, will attend to the pedestrians offering free publications to be informed of the rights that assist them as consumers and the best way to complain.
Issues such as telephony, insurance and bank claims on land clauses and mortgage charges are the topics that interest most among users, who will also be provided with free claim models for these concepts.
