The youth of Cartagena have an appointment on April 5 at the headquarters of the National University of Distance Education (UNED) in Cartagena.
There will be held the Itinere Day, which under the motto 'Move to employment' has a wide variety of activities that seek to boost youth employment.
The Councilor for Youth, Ricardo Segado, the director of the UNED of Cartagena, María Luisa Martínez, and the manager of the UNED, Manuel Mora, presented this Thursday this initiative organized by the City Council through the Department of Youth and Agency for Local Development and Employment (ADLE) and which has the collaboration of various institutions and bodies such as the UNED, Cartagena Polytechnic University (UPCT), Cartagena European Business and Innovation Center (CEEIC), the Institute of Development (INFO), the Autonomous Community, the Regional Employment and Training Service, the Directorate-General for Youth, Eurodesk, Europe Direct and Leroy Merlin, Limcamar, Puertas Padilla, Grupo Casa Tomás, Verdimed, Grupo G's, Emite, Wingedminds , Elora, Widhoc, Aquabix and Person.

The council also indicated that there will be two plenary sessions that will connect young people with the 'Erasmus +' program and the possibilities of international mobility, as well as with other young people who will relate their entrepreneurial experience and the trajectory of their companies until achieving Placing them at the top of the technology market.
There will also be training courses to obtain the Food Manipulator Card and in Occupational Hazard Prevention.
Segado explained that "all these activities are grouped in four proposed itineraries", although the participants will be free to configure their own based on their convenience and interests.
These programs of predetermined activities are structured in templates whose themes are International, Entrepreneurship, Training and Personal and professional Development.
In addition to this, throughout the day will be located in the hall of the UNED nine information points and resources that will provide information of all kinds to the participants.
