The first participatory budgets of the City of Cartagena come to the crucial moment of its journey with the opening of ballot boxes that will definitively decide which are the projects that have chosen the citizens of the port city to be allocated the municipal economic item reserved for This effect for this year, amounting to 1,569,387 euros.
