Decision making is commonplace in our day to day lives.
For that reason, through the workshops of 'Practical Philosophy and personal development for adults', organized by the Cartagena Piensa program, with which the Cartagena City Council collaborates, it is intended to address different themes that help citizens to reflect and grow inwardly.
'Decide without fear' will be the theme to be addressed at the second philosophy workshop for adults that will take place in the meeting room of the Cultural Center Ramon Alonso Luzzy, on March 3 at 18.30.
The workshop, which will last for an hour and a half, will be given by the Ágora association, which will offer attendees different methods for making decisions freely and without fear.
Each philosophy workshop for adults is divided into two sections: a first one, which consists of a theoretical part where the subject to be treated is introduced from the History of Philosophy and a second practical part where it will be exposed, analyzed and discussed from different Perspectives the subject treated, resorting not only to philosophy but also to other disciplines such as anthropology, natural sciences, physics, psychology, etc.
The philosophy cycle for adults, consisting of three workshops, ends on Friday, March 31 with its third and final workshop of the quarterly program of Cartagena Piensa.
"Strategies to think better" will be the theme to be discussed in this last talk, where through the five senses will relate ideas in a creative and divergent way.
Registration for these talks is free with limited places.
Said reservation must be made through the mail cartagenapiensa@ayto-cartagena.es
