The City of Cartagena, through the Department of Economic Strategy, Department of Industry, Tourism, Agriculture, Rural Development and Coastal, today opened the deadline for submitting applications for facilities for seasonal services in beaches in the term Municipal of Cartagena this year 2017.
Those interested have until March 13 to present their application accompanied by the documentation that is specified in the municipal website, www.cartagena.es, in the profile of the contractor.
There you can consult the points of the coast to request occupation, the administrative clauses and the technical prescriptions.
Thus, the type of installation required (kiosk, beach bar, hammocks and umbrellas, tables and chairs, pergolas, decks, tables and chairs on terraces, nautical elements, launch channels and stranded) must be accompanied by the required documentation.
It must be remembered that the installation of these elements is governed by the Ordinance Regulating the Occupation of the Public Road for Uses of Hospitality and Exploitation of Seasonal Services on beaches, according to the General Regulations for development and implementation of the current Coastal Law.
