In its effort to reach as many citizens as possible, the Housing and Intermediation Assistance Service (SAVI), which is part of the Department of Social Services, has launched a brochure aimed at publicizing this municipal information service, which will be Distributed in different key points such as Courts, Bar Association, Association of Attorneys, associations of neighbors, financial entities, NGOs and in the points of municipal and autonomic attention.
This simple brochure includes the different ways to contact SAVI.
On one side it presents the different demands it serves, such as foreclosures, judicial evictions and housing emergencies;
And, on the other, the types of resources it offers, such as banking intermediation, social rents, municipal aids for rehousing or social housing.
"The goal is to reach all those citizens who are facing a problem of this type and prevent that anguish is added not knowing where to go to ask for help.
It is about facilitating access to a whole network of public attention at your service, "said the Councilor for Social Services, Carmen Martín del Amor.
The mayor recalled that, from the council "we continue our efforts to reach the majority of Cartagena and offer an effective response to current problems.
We are fully aware that Citizen Information is a responsibility of every public administration and that it is crucial to defend their rights, so we focus efforts on improving access to information. "
This line creates the SAVI, which provides a daily care office that provides information and advice on housing issues.
Since its inception, this service has strived to maintain contact with all those agencies and entities that are related to this topic and to coordinate actions between them.
