The plenary also approved the creation of the Municipal Board of Ambulante Sale and the initial approval of its internal regulation of operation, which will channel the participation and consultation of the entities, associations and technicians affected in this sector for decision making.
Another issue that has been unanimously approved is the nomination of the Sala Tomás Rico and the Sala de Víctor Beltrí on the ground floor of the Consistorial Palace, in memory and homage of these two distinguished architects: the first author of the Palacio project Consistorial and the other the maximum exponent of modernism in the city.

The plenary has unanimously approved a joint motion by all municipal groups expressly supporting the Navantia Works Council to promote the Cartagena Shipyard's Future Plan in order to guarantee its stability, competitiveness and viability.

With the votes against PP and Citizens, and the support of the PSOE and MC, a motion of CTSSP has been approved to constitute a plural and participatory working table to elaborate the new General Plan.
This table will include the presence of the Government, municipal technicians and officials of the CARM, the different political groups, representatives of the FAVCAC and neighborhood associations, social and economic agents, environmental groups and heritage associations, among others.
In addition, it will prepare a schedule of actions, with deadlines and tasks, so as to implement the participatory and democratic process that the new General Plan requires.
By motion of CTSSP, the plenary has approved with the votes in favor of PSOE, Citizens and CTSSP;
