The orange formation explains that this space is in an emblematic place of Cartagena, it is the link between the Plaza de las Puertas de San José and Cuesta del Batel and is the traditional entrance to the Santa Lucia neighborhood.
It opens both the entrance to the LVEF and the Cartagena bus station, being this the first sight of the city that is offered to neighbors and visitors.
According to the Citizen Councilor in Cartagena, Ana Rama, "for the moment, our last initiative in plenary has not served for the local government to make a decision."
