Teleco LAN Party and El Corte Inglés de Cartagena organize the third FIFA 17 tournament of the city.
For this edition have registered more than 500 'gamers', which will make it the largest face-to-face electronic sports competition held in the Region of Murcia.
The tournament will be held at El Corte Inglés in Cartagena on weekends 18 and 19 and 24 and 25 February and 4 and 5 March.
The games start at 10:30 and continue throughout the business hours of the center.
In addition to the popular soccer game, those interested can also participate in a Just Dance tournament.
The Teleco LAN Party is a university association of UPCT composed of 40 UPCT students, mostly from the Teleco School.
The Polytechnic of Cartagena has become a reference university for gamers or players of electronic sports, since it is the only one that has a gaming room, where UPCT e-Sport trains, competing in the OGSeries University , Qualifying for the League of Legends European college tournament.
Maximum performance to ultraportables
On the other hand, the association Teleco LAN Party organizes for next March 1 the educational day 'MSI Experience', focused on the company hardware manufacturer MSI.
The Taiwanese multinational will explain how they manufacture their ultraportable and gut some of their most powerful teams to teach how to get the most out of academic or professional as well as leisure.
"You need good equipment for both gaming and rendering a bridge," exemplifies the president of the association, Ignacio Cifuentes.
Cooling systems, motherboards and graphics cards will be some of the elements on the training day, which will be a League of Legends tournament in the gaming room of the eSport UPCT, with MSI awards for the winner.
