The detainee, with some kind of psychological disorder, blamed the animals for the recent natural death of their parents

The National Police detained last February 15, an individual as alleged perpetrator of an offense of continued animal abuse.
The events date back to the 7th day of the current, when an animal protection association reported in these police stations of alleged mistreatment that a person neighboring the neighborhood of Los Dolores in Cartagena was routinely inflicting on the dogs of his property.
Specifically, the complainant, who reported that he had been able to verify how he had been reported, had killed several animals, using all kinds of torture, such as letting them die of starvation, sending them boiling water or beating them wildly.
This citizen, he claimed to have seen this individual remove from his home on several occasions, the corpses of the dogs of his property.
In addition it said that the Local Police of Cartagena, had retired to him two puppies of dogs of the German shepherd race, that were beginning to suffer mistreatment on the part of this individual.
After the first investigations by Group III of the Judicial Police of the National Police in Cartagena, they were able to verify the veracity of the facts denounced, besides the constant psychological pressure that this individual was subjecting to its neighbors.
Specifically, this person was dedicated to threatening to kill his neighbors, who did not report for fear, to throw glass bottles to their terraces and gardens, and paper balls burning inside their homes, as well as emptying trash bags on Their vehicles.
"You're going to pay for what happened to my parents."
It happens that this individual had lost in a short time to both parents, blaming this fact, as a result of their psychological disorder, the animals, getting to listen to their neighbors, as he addressed his dogs with phrases like : "YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO MY PARENTS".
Finally, the police agents, proceeded to the arrest of this person imputed for his alleged participation in an offense of animal abuse.
The detainee, once completed the proceedings was placed at the disposal of the Court of Instruction of Cartagena on duty as a guard.
