The governing council of the ADLE has given this morning the approval of the collaboration agreement with the Training Center for the Industry of Cartagena (CEFIC), for the transfer of spaces in the training center of the industrial estate Cabezo Beaza.
The objective of this agreement is to facilitate the delivery of training actions subsidized by the SEF, while the deputy mayor and president of the ADLE, Ana Belén Castejón, is authorized to sign the corresponding agreement with CEFIC.
"This agreement is very positive because it will allow us to expand our training offer both for unemployed and active workers who wish to expand their knowledge," said Castejón.
PROPOSAL FOR MODIFICATION OF THE COMPOSITION OF THE PLENARY OF THE ADLE
On the other hand, the president of the ADLE has proposed the modification of the composition of this organism, expanding the participation of the political groups.
Castejón has taken as it refers the plenary of the neighborhood meetings "in order to maintain a coherent line with the only organ of representative and proportional representation that exists in the City council".
In this way, there would be nine political representatives: 3 from the PP;
2 of PSOE;
2 of MCC;
1 of CTSSP and 1 of C's.
The calculation is made based on the percentage of representatives that correspond to each group based on the total number of councilors available to them.
These nine members of the Council would add one-tenth, the representative of the Personnel Board, which had recently been established.
"Until now there was no Personnel Board in the ADLE, we have set it up and we have considered that it will be very positive that its representatives form part of the Governing Council, as we were requested," said Castejón.
Now the members of the plenary will analyze the proposal of the president and will be discussed at the next meeting.
Castejón stressed the good predisposition of the members of the Governing Council to his proposal.
CONVENTION WITH BIDEF CONSULTING
Likewise, the Governing Board of ADLE has approved a collaboration agreement with Bidef Consultoría for the development of a training program specialized in labor insertion.
This program will be aimed at the unemployed, between 20 and 45 years, with minimal academic training at the level of Vocational Training of Higher Degree.
The ADLE will cede the spaces necessary for the information session with the candidates to participate in the program, as well as a classroom equipped for the realization of the first three modules for this training activity for employment.
Bidef will inform the interested parties and will be in charge of the formation of the same ones.
