The Global Chartered Controller Institute (GCCI) and the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT) have agreed to create the first chair in Spanish-language business management control.
The chair, which seeks to disseminate control, planning and business strategy, is related to the figure of the Controller, increasingly demanded among companies.
The Chartered Controller Analyst (CCA) certificate aspires to be the most prestigious in the Spanish-speaking world, and UPCT is already listed as one of the accredited Universities to teach this type of teaching.
The Faculty of Sciences of the Company will host the space destined for this new chair of the UPCT, which joins its already extensive Network of Chairs.
The agreement provides for training activities for students, professionals and entrepreneurs;
Of research related to the management control and disclosure of the aforementioned 'Controller' figure.
"We are convinced that the creation of the CCA Chair in our University will greatly favor not only the relationship with professionals in this emerging profession, but also with companies in general, since GCCI collaborates with large corporations and their affiliates are ' Controller 'of prestigious companies both nationally and internationally, "says Juan Jesús Bernal, director of the chair.
It is also planned to sign a collaboration agreement with the Foundation for Strategic Analysis and Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (FAEDPYME), "which will allow to have a privileged relationship with about 80 Spanish-speaking universities in all three activities.
