The Department of Finance, headed by Isabel García, recalled that until January 31, the deadline for interested parties who wish to avail themselves of the Customized Payment Plan, an initiative that was launched last year to facilitate The payment of various taxes in order to reduce the tax burden on neighbors.
This is a proposal adopted to delve into the line marked by the local government to bring the administration closer to citizens, a measure that has been expanded and improved by 2017.
Thus, since this year, companies can also benefit from the split payment plan, also adding to the initiative the Tax on Economic Activities (IAE).
In the same way, the payment term has been extended by one month.
PERSONAL PAYMENT PLAN
Individuals and companies may split the payment of certain taxes, such as the Tax on Real Estate of Urban Nature (IBI), Tax on vehicles of mechanical traction (IVTM), Tax on Economic Activities (IAE) and Rate for Fords or entrance fees of Vehicles Through the sidewalks, adding the amount of the four and fractionating them together.
Those who take advantage of this Plan will be able to customize the annual receipts in a maximum term of ten installments between the months of February and November.
The number of deadlines determined by the interested party, stating it in their application, although the beginning of the same will be the month of February.
The periodic fee to be paid in will be estimated by virtue of the total debt settled in the register of the year prior to the application thereof.
In the last installment, the difference in more or less resulting from the sum of the revenues to be paid to the City within the Custom Payment Plan will be regulated.
In order to be a beneficiary of this initiative, a series of requirements must be fulfilled: being a natural person or a commercial entity;
Be aware of payment of debts with the City of Cartagena on the date of application and during the validity of the Payment Plan;
Domicile the payment of periodic installments, with waiver of the repayment period established in Law 16/2009 of Payment Services, in addition to providing the City with an email for notification purposes related to the Payment Plan.
Similarly, the monthly fee resulting from the Payment Plan can not be less than 20 euros.
Finally, the total amount to be divided can not be less than 100 euros.
The application form can be collected at the headquarters of the Autonomous Organization of Collective Management of Cartagena (OAGRC), or it can be downloaded from the following link.
The request for the plan can be processed electronically through the electronic headquarters if the interested party has a recognized digital certificate.
If you do not have a digital certificate, you must complete, print and sign the application that must be delivered in person at the OAGRC offices.
You can also send your request by mail.
In the latter case, the request for a personalized payment plan will not count as valid until the OAGRC receives the document with the original handwritten signature of the account holder
