The Councilor of Health of the City of Cartagena, Francisco Calderon, held this morning a meeting with the board of the Association of Aid to the Renal Sick (ADAER).
Among the attendees were its president, Dolores Guzmán, as well as other members of the Board of Directors such as María del Carmen Fernández and Alfonso Guzmán.
The appointment, which has been developed in the Administrative Building of San Miguel, has been articulated to inform the mayor of the union of associations of aid to the renal patient existing in Cartagena and Murcia around a single entity (ADAER) Regional, and which is based in both cities.
In Cartagena it serves in the social place of Los Dolores.
In this way, the association seeks the alliance of patients and families of the Region in the search for an optimization of resources and the provision of an effective comprehensive action.
The members of the association have shown to the mayor his satisfaction with the correct functioning of waiting times and the award of care numbers when they have to receive health care in the area of ​​Health of Cartagena.
It should be recalled that Calderón transmitted, in one of the meetings held with the manager of the Murciano Health Service (SMS), Francisco Agulló, several claims in this regard, issues that, as transmitted by stakeholders, have been met.
In another order, members of ADAER have transferred to Calderón the protocol of multidisciplinary intervention of the association that includes the various services offered by the entity;
In matters of nutrition, training, social and psychological care, or legal advice.
Francisco Calderón has finalized the meeting communicating the support and institutional support to the work carried out by the volunteers of the group in order to contribute, from their competence, to the fulfillment of their goals
