Next Saturday 4 February at 18:00 hours the theater group Lazzigags will present at the Teatro Circo de El Algar his new proposal, 'Tom Sawyer, detective', an adaptation of the novels of Mark Twain in which the character himself Of Tom and his friend Huckleberry Finn become detectives.

SYNOPSIS OF THE WORK

Tom Sawyer just bought a detective team in the mail, and he already wants to release it.

He receives an invitation from his Aunt Sally so that he and his friend Huckleberry Finn will spend a few days at home.

It seems that his uncle Silas is going through a bad time, and maybe the presence of the two friends helps him ...

In the steamboat that Mississippi leads them down they meet Jake Dunlap, who flees from bandits who want to steal some diamonds of dubious origin.

Tom and Huck help Jake cheat on his pursuers, but they can not stop them from getting caught.

Jupiter Dunlap, Jake's twin brother who works on Uncle Silas's farm, has disappeared in the village.

Jupiter will appear dead and all evidence will point to the death of Uncle Silas.

Tom and Huck begin to tie up and investigate to prove their uncle's innocence, find out where the diamonds are, and unmask the real killers.

The music is present throughout the function and maintains the constants of the composer Marc Sambola.

AWARDS

The play 'Tom Sawyer, detective' received the award for the best children's musical of the Musical Theater Awards awarded at the Sanpol Theater in Madrid.

These awards are decided by the profession by popular vote and are divided into 16 categories in which the best musicals released the previous year in Spain.

This is the first award received by the show, after being one of the ten candidates (among which the three finalists are selected) in the categories of best children's show and best supporting actor, for Xavi Duch, to the Max Awards Of the Performing Arts of 2015.
