From the Agency for Local Development and Employment of the City of Cartagena (ADLE) has been launched the '+ Employability' project.

It is a comprehensive training plan in competencies adapted to the work environment of companies aimed at unemployed people with medium and high qualification, which combines classroom training and company practices.

This program aims to improve the employability of the participants by equipping them with the skills and tools that allow them to adapt their competencies to the demands of companies at the present time, in order to finally achieve their incorporation into the working world.

"Our objective is to facilitate the integration of all unemployed into the labor market, so we offer courses for the unemployed without qualification and with qualification, since all of them need to improve their skills in order to be able to join the labor market. Within their reach to help them, "said the president of the ADLE, Ana Belén Castejón.

The requirements to participate are: being unemployed, between 20 and 45 years old and completed studies of any specialty of Higher Cycle (FPII), Diploma, Bachelor's degree, Technical or higher degree.

The program is divided into two phases, with a total duration of 5 months.

First, a training phase with a 45-hour classroom course to be held in February.

In the same will work the content aimed at ensuring that the job applicant has the basic skills and personal and relational skills to achieve results in line with the objectives of companies.

This phase is divided in three modules that will be developed in the classroom of the Center of Training of Quarries, and that are centered in the development of the work functions with an internal and external client orientation.

Module 1 deals with "internal and external customer orientation";

Module 2 addresses the "practical application of customer orientation";

And Module 3 on "internal and external negotiation".

The second phase corresponds to a period of internships, with a duration of 4 months.

It will be carried out in companies or sectors related to the academic training and the work experience of the user, in order to be able to apply the acquired knowledge with a focus on efficiency and profitability.

Those interested in participating in this program must register in advance with the Placement Agency of the ADLE, located at Calle Caridad, number 1 (third floor).

The registration period is already open and ends on January 31 at 14:00 hours.

All the enrolled will be summoned to a session of presentation of the program that will take place next the 2 of February to the 16:00 hours in the Cultural Center Ramón Alonso Luzzy, in which will be offered detailed information regarding the action and will take place The selection of the final participants in the program.
