Four men have been arrested in recent days by agents of Local Police of Cartagena for various crimes that include assaults on their partners, animal abuse and resistance and aggression to the authority.
Thus, last Thursday, December 29, Local Police officers appeared in a well-known clothing trade in Calle Mayor of Cartagena, where a person was inside, rebuking and annoying the rest of the customers.
After leaving the establishment and proceeding with the agents to the identification of the individual, the individual began to be aggressive and attacked against one of the police, so that it was necessary to reduce and detention.
Later, when transferring him to police departments, he assaulted the agent again at the time of his descent from the patrol car, causing several injuries.
Also, also on the day of December 29, a man was arrested for mistreating his dog.
A witness observed how the subject kicked the mascot several times, even stepping on the ground, and decided to follow it and make a recording with his mobile phone, while calling the police.
The agents located the individual in the Parque de la Rosa, where after watching the video of the witness and observing the injuries presented by the animal, proceeded to the arrest of its owner, while the dog was transferred to veterinary services.
Meanwhile, on December 30 and January 2, local police of Cartagena arrested two men for committing alleged crimes of gender violence against their partners.
Thus, in the first case, the detainee assaulted his partner at the parents' home, which caused several injuries, in the presence of their youngest child.
The victim informed the agents that the abuse was common.
In addition, another man allegedly assaulted his wife at the conjugal address, in the neighborhood of San Antón, where they are neighbors.
In this case, the family of the victim, who caused several injuries, was aware of the mistreatment that had been suffering throughout the relationship with the detainee.
