The councilman of Public Safety and Interior, Francisco Aznar, signed Thursday with the municipal unions the extension of the agreement of RED hours for the next two months of brigades, Local Police and Firefighters.
The agreement that has been extended today is the one that has been in force for the last 4 years.
The mayor has stated that it was necessary to sign the extension now "because they need to know how many hours they have in each service to be able to design their work quadrants and to assign agents that will be reinforced on special occasions, such as the Kings Ride."
As Francisco Aznar has predicted, the new agreement being negotiated with municipal unions must be signed before the end of February next year.
For this they will meet in technical tables with each of the services.
