The ONCE draw coupon next Wednesday, December 28th is special;
The Year of Modernism 2016 of Cartagena is reflected in it through the Gran Hotel, highlighting this time that lived in the city and its architecture in all corners of Spain.
The National Organization of the Blind of Spain has thus responded to the request by the mayor to include the Year of Modernism 2016 Cartagena in their coupons.
This coupon has three functions: to promote the dignified and quality work of its workers, to provide social services to members of ONCE and to spread the image of Cartagena, its culture and monuments, to all corners of Spain.
The presentation of this coupon has taken place in the hands of the mayor, José López, along with the ONCE territorial delegate in the Region of Murcia, Juan Carlos Morejón, the ONCE Territorial Council Minister, María Ayestaran, and the director Of ONCE in Cartagena, Miguel Paraíso.
The 20,000 sellers with ONCE will distribute five million and a half coupons for the December 28 draw for different points in the territory, where citizens can choose to buy the coupon for only € 1.50 to 55 prizes of 35 Thousand euros to the five figures.
The Mayor, José López, wanted to thank the ONCE for accepting his request, indicating the privilege of this gesture for Cartagena, which further embellishes this Modernist Cartagena that has been put into value in 2016.
On the part of the ONCE, they have indicated that it is a design for all, inviting them to collect it and that with their purchase, the social work carried out by the entity is enhanced, especially at Christmas.
The territorial delegate of ONCE in the Region of Murcia, Juan Carlos Morejón, wanted to thank the support of the City of Cartagena, hoping that the city is a model of accessibility and equality for all.
López has invited that, on the occasion of the celebration of the Year of the Enlightenment in 2017, take into account a building of the city to carry out the same action and make known this stage of Cartagena in the next year.
This is not the first time that the entity has winked at Cartagena.
On April 14, 2012, Cartagena staged one of these coupons on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the architect Victor Beltrí.
ACCESSIBILITY
The mayor of Cartagena, José López, has indicated that a access ramp will soon be available to the Palace Hall to facilitate the entrance to the building for all citizens.
Another initiative that has announced the mayor is the retransmission of the plenary on December 30 with a magnetic loop, in order to stream with a translator in sign language and subtitling.
These actions promote the full inclusion of all citizens and the accessibility of public services.
