The Councilor for Education and Equality, David Martinez Noguera, participated this morning in the Salesian School of Cartagena, in the Seminar on Gender Discrimination in Education, aimed at students, families, educators and neighbors of the municipality of Cartagena.
This event is part of the Erasmus + Let's say STOP!
To gender discrimination in Education, being one of the activities to be carried out in this second year.
Secondary and Secondary Education Director José Arnau stressed the great importance of young people in eradicating from the new society to which they belong the fact that this type of discrimination still exists.
The seminar was moderated by two first-year high school students, giving the speakers a 15-minute shift.
The Councilor for Education and Equality has emphasized that this type of discrimination continues to exist in our country, although it does not seem so at first sight and explained the different campaigns that are being developed in primary and secondary schools.
