The growing importance of cuisine adapted to food intolerances has not gone unnoticed in the Occupational Training Cooking Course, developed by the Agency for Local Development and Employment as a collaborating center of the SEF, which has carried gluten-free recipes to the Kitchens of La Milagrosa.
The Association of Celicacos of the Region of Murcia has attended today to learn how to create their own bread, muffins, cakes or Christmas pastries from the hand of the 15 students of this course who, in turn, have heard the experiences and demands of the Members to improve their techniques in the preparation of recipes adapted to this intolerance.
This day of recipes for celiacs has meant an exchange of experiences, since the students learn from the members of the Association of Celicacos how to clean utensils and tools to avoid contamination of food, supposing a didactic contribution for both parties, as indicated The head of the occupational training courses of the ADLE, Pepa López.
This activity is organized from the free Occupational Training courses, co-financed by the European Social Fund, which develops the Local Development and Employment Agency of Cartagena as a collaborating center of the Regional Employment and Training Service.
These courses aim at training for the unemployed for the acquisition of competences and professional quality qualifications that favor their labor insertion.
