The Negotiating Board approved this morning, December 13, to convene a public employment offer with 26 new places, which would cover 100% of the replacement rate of civil servants who stopped serving in 2015. The councilman of Staff, Francisco Aznar, who chaired the meeting, recalled that of these new places to be offered, more than 74% will serve to fill vacancies that we have agents of the Local Police of Cartagena.
In particular, there is a legal position, a prosecutor's office, two tax inspectors, a technical assistant archives and libraries, a web designer, a computer assistant and 19 local police officers.
Likewise, the mayor has indicated that given the organizational needs, budget availability and repeated demands by unions at other negotiating tables, 41 new internal promotion posts have been proposed and approved.
The internal promotion squares consist of 13 administrative technicians, 1 local police officer, 3 local police sergeants, 5 local police officers, 1 fire sergeant, 3 fire lines, 3 management and business administration technicians, 2 inspectors Of services, 2 programmers, 2 tax inspectors, 4 technical library assistants and 4 maintenance assistants.
The Councilor for Personal has obtained the support of the unions CC OO, SIME and UGT for the approval of this new call, which has only rejected CSIF-SPLRM, for being against the internal promotion of the Local Police.
On December 22nd, the Negotiating Table will be reconvened to discuss issues related to the consolidation of employment and approval of specific bases for the selective tests of different categories of general employment administration.
