The theater is one of the oldest art forms that our society knows.
The stories that are told, the ways to interpret them, the scenery, the music, the dance ... .. make it a complete phenomenon.
And in order to continue promoting this art, the Department of Culture of the City of Cartagena subsidizes a project that will carry out the Aula Workshop of the Attic, Theater without borders, and whose main objective is to take representations to places that, as a rule Do not have a regular programming.
At first the places chosen to begin with the representations are: Los Mateos, Lo Campano, Villalba neighborhood, Virgen de la Caridad neighborhood, San Ginés neighborhood, San Isidro and Llano del Beal.
The programming is not closed and in the coming weeks we will continue the contacts to take the theater to other places in our city, said the Councilor for Culture, David Martinez.
The chosen text is one of the most poetic tales of Carmen Conde "El caballito y la luna", being the dramaturgy of José Salguero, who has adapted the text to children's theater, fun and enjoyable so that all children can enjoy The poetry of Carmen Conde.
But this interesting activity goes much further: In those places where the development of the same has been given posters and an original text of the story so that the children can begin to work with him, commenting and analyzing it , And then to better understand the role play.
The actors are all students of the Theater School who collaborate in a disinterested way: Cristóbal Conesa, Paloma Cavas, Cristina Polo, José Javier Marín, Ángela Hernández, María de los Angeles Marín, María José Ros, Laura de Africa, Carmen Martínez y María Lloret.
