The City Council of Cartagena, from the Department of Social Services, will make available to the citizenship four municipal housing under a lease for families in situations of special need.
In this way, the Consistory wants to guarantee equal opportunities for all citizens in the access to social housing of municipal ownership.
This initiative, promoted by the Department of Housing and Intermediation Assistance of the Department of Social Services, is carried out in compliance with the resolution of the Board of Governors of November 18, where the Bases for the Awarding of four Municipal Housing in Regime Of Rental.
APPLICATION AND BASES
The application period for one of the four homes will open on December 2 and will remain open 20 days after the publication, ending January 4, 2017.
Those interested in opting for these homes can consult the bases and the application form are available on the website of the City Council.
These bases determine the process of selecting families who request it according to the established procedure, applying a scale of points that will serve to assess each case objectively and taking into account strictly technical criteria.
The lease contract signed by the adjudicatory families will be linked to a social commitment that seeks to establish preventive and informative, various situations and circumstances for the optimal use of housing and peaceful coexistence between neighbors.
