The Deputy Mayor, Ana Belén Castejón, has visited this weekend some of the workshops that the Popular University is developing in the neighborhoods and councils.
Thus, the afternoon of Friday participated in the costume jewelery workshops being carried out in Cuesta Blanca and Canteras, accompanied by the Councilor for Education, David Martinez Noguera, and the director of the Agency for Local Development and Employment, Manuel Mora Quinto.
On Saturday morning, Castejón and Interior Councilor Francisco Aznar visited with the director of the Popular University, José Macián, the make-up workshop at La Aljorra, where a large group of women attended a class to learn how to make-up In events like Carnival or Halloween.
This year the workshops have arrived for the first time to the districts and towns of the municipality and the ediles have verified the magnificent reception that they are having.
"For the first time we have been able to bring a large number of courses and workshops to our neighborhoods and villages.
These visits allow us to verify the joy they generate among all the attendees, which gives us a deep satisfaction and encourages us to continue working in this line, "said the deputy mayor.
