With respect to the concessionaire of the water service, Hidrogea, the plenary has rejected a motion of CM requesting that the full municipal councils be urged to communicate immediately, in the appropriate terms, the denunciation of the Automatic extensions of the initial contract, in accordance with the 1992 concession, in anticipation of the nullity of the extension agreed in 2003.
Councilor María José Soler has argued that this extension until 2042 was agreed by the plenary with two unfavorable opinions of the Consultative Council of the Region of Murcia in 2003 and the objective is not to produce in 2017 an automatic extension for five years, If there is no complaint.

The motion was approved with the favorable votes of PSOE, PP and Citizens;
Against, CTSSP and abstention of MC.
ENERGY POVERTY
The plenary has unanimously approved a CTSSP motion on energy poverty, which among other things calls on the Council of Family and Equal Opportunities of CARM to sign agreements with all companies supplying energy in the Region of Murcia, and Establish a protocol of communication with the Social Services of the City to avoid cuts in supply to families without economic resources.
STORM TANKS

INTERMODALITY IN TRANSPORT
