The Bureau has decided to award contracts for the replacement and replacement of public lighting columns (2016), as well as the progressive replacement of existing luminaires with LED technology luminaires (year 2016).
After studying the reports on reckless casualties, it has been proposed the award to Sociedad Ibérica de Construcciones Eléctricas, SA, with discounts of 16.06% and 40.14%, respectively, in relation to the initial budget.

In the same way, the economic offers of the five companies that opt ​​for the contract for the supply of natural gas for several supply points of the Hon.

Proposals have been submitted to the technical services for a report on potential casualties.
Finally, in the chapter on open procedures, after the study of the technical report, the economic offers of companies that opted to install artificial turf on the football field of the Virgen de la Caridad neighborhood have been opened.

NEIGHBORHOODS AND DIPUTATIONS
The Recruitment Bureau has continued with the awarding of several minor contracts that will aim to improve public lighting in the Neighborhood Boards of La Puebla-La Aparecida;
Molinos Marfagones and El Albujón.
Thirteen companies have opted for the first contract, while the last two have registered fourteen companies.
The three contracts have been awarded to Sociedad Ibérica de Construcciones Eléctricas SA, which has offered an average saving of 37%.
The improvements in public lighting will be carried out in Los Camachos, belonging to the Neighborhood Board of La Puebla-La Aparecida with five new points of light in the Avena street.
In Los Molinos Marfagones will be performed in the places of Lo Montanaro and Los Sánchez with five new points of light and, finally, in Miranda, in the place of Los Nietos and Hondo path of El Albujón.
In the same way, works will be carried out for the replacement and adaptation of children's playgrounds in the Plaza de la Calle Simancas and Calle Guadalete (Barriada José María de Lapuerta) and in the Plaza de Los Navegantes de Los Urrutias.
Eleven companies have been presented to each of them, the two being awarded to the company Parques Infantiles del Levante, SL, with an average saving of 33% over the initial budgets.
Likewise, the Mesa has adjudicated the adequacy of the children's play area in the Sierra Colorada Square of El Albujón.
Eleven companies have participated in this tender, being awarded to Ingeniería Natural, Agua y Medio Ambiente, SL, with a saving of 28.32% over the initial budget.
In another order of things, it has been determined to award works that guarantee the supply, transportation and installation of prefabricated modular buildings in Los Urrutias and Alumbres.
In the coastal town, they will be located next to the Paseo Marítimo, in the public square of the north end (Punta Brava, Los Urrutias).
Meanwhile, in Alumbres, will be located between the football field and the esplanade parking next to the sports facility.
Both contracts have been awarded to Construcciones Urdecon SA, which has offered a discount of 17.53%.
AUTOMATIC DOOR MAINTENANCE
In reference to the maintenance of automatic doors under the modality of total guarantee and 24 hours assistance in municipal buildings for the year 2017, has been awarded the company Murciana de Tráfico, SA The City, as owner of automatic doors arranged in several buildings has the Responsibility and the obligation to perform periodic reviews and maintenance.
Finally, for the repair of municipal-owned housing on the first right floor, twelve companies have been presented for building social housing (Avenida Flandes, nº1, Estrecho de San Ginés), and awarded to Construcciones María García Martínez, SL, for An amount of 22,062.55 euros, which represents a saving of 26.23%.
FRIDAY CONTRACTING TABLE 18 NOVEMBER
During the celebration, the following minor contracts were awarded:
Improvements of asphalt pavements in several locations in Perín.
Four companies opted for this contract, which was finally awarded to Construcciones Urdecon, SA, for an amount of 19,500 euros, which represents a saving of 11.63% over the initial budget of 22,067.41 euros.
Conditioning of balsa and installation of irrigation in green zone of Cabeza Beaza.
Ten companies presented their proposals to a contract that was granted to Ecovial Fresados ​​and Firmes SL, for an amount of 10,699 euros, which translates into a savings of 26.02% over the initial budget.
This is a project in the area of ​​Infrastructures in order to start adapting a future path in the green area of ​​Cabeza Beaza.
This path consists of a pedestrian and cycle path of a single nature and delimited on both sides by vegetation and rock formations, some of them adapted as a bench.
It has been divided into three zones;
South of Luxembourg Avenue;
Section between Luxembourg Avenue and Brussels Avenue and the northern area of ​​Brussels Avenue.
In each of the zones will be executed a small parking place enabled for future visits.
