The route PR-MU 107 "Taller Trail" will announce the Tallban garbancillo and the volcanoes in which it lives.
It is a path that gathers several environmental elements along its route whose main thread is the garbancillo and its relation with the natural environment.
The Department of Industry, Tourism, Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development and Coastal of the City of Cartagena, in collaboration with the Entity of Custody of the Territory for the Conservation of the Garbancillo de Tallante, ECUGA, has promoted the implementation of this route that takes place By areas of great geological interest such as the Cabezo Negro de Tallante, where we can find the chickpea of ​​Tallante, in addition to important biodiversity of flora and fauna.
The opening of the "Tallero Trail" will take place next Saturday, November 26, from 10:00 am, leaving from the Hermitage of Tallante to arrive, three hours later, to the same point.

At the end of the route there will be a typical meal for the participants.
As far as elements of cultural interest of this path, it is worth noting the traditional architecture of the Campo de Cartagena, in which many buildings of traditional architecture, the enclosures or cladding of the walls remain;
Traditional rainfed agriculture with almonds and carob trees as main protagonists, or Cabezo Negro de Tallante, a volcanic landscape made up of alkaline basalts that correspond to the last phase of the magmatic activity of Spanish southeast.
