The Department of Sports of the City of Cartagena has put to work to take note of the state in which are the municipal football fields, where each week practice the base sport.
In this line of work, explained the mayor of the Area, Ricardo Segado, that last weekend began visits to these facilities to know firsthand their needs, both club leaders and users, so that The field of Barrio Peral, El Albujón and La Aljorra have already been revised.
The objective is to try to ensure that our sports facilities enjoy good conditions and good health for all those users who use them, said Segado, who also stressed the need to bring the administration closer to the citizen so that they feel that their representatives listen to them and They respond as much as possible to the demands of clubs and users.
Thus, this action of the Department of Sports is to continue with the improvements for the conservation and development of football fields, such as those already carried out in summer, before the start of the season, in the facilities Ciudad Jardín, Los Belones, Alumbres, Llano del Beal, Playa Paraiso or La Vaguada, where the review and decompression of the pitch has been carried out, as well as adding rubber in the fields that needed it.
